CC reinstalls every day! Sometimes up to three times a day! Why????

Every time I use Photoshop, Creative Cloud has to reinstall. I have lost hours of work if I haven't remembered to constantly save. This can't be right. Please, is there a solution to this?

Thank you for asking. I'm on a Mac and upgraded to Monterey version 12.3.1 to try and solve the problem. I have also deleted my security programme to try and sort it but to no avail. Colourwheel still spins and reinstalling every time I use Adobe.
