Question

CC says some apps not installed yet they are. :((

Downloaded and installed CC2014 with all the GB's required. Yet its still asks me to install again, only three apps are up to date. The rest all appear with install next to them. I can open them and run them. But I am sure they won't update without being under my apps. Very boring I don't want to have to reinstall all the apps again. Any ideas please.

James please utilize the steps in CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html to restore the ability to update your installed applications.

If there are currently updates available that you are unable to apply then it is likely you will need to remove and reinstall those applications.

Tried removing the OPM.db file. Which did not solve the problem. I really don't want to download them again . . . . very frustrating. Arrrgggghhh

James then you will need to reinstall to restore the information regarding which applications need to be updated.  You can find more information at Updates repeatedly applied | CC.  The information under the Additional Information section is especially relevant as it is the removal of those folders which can lead to the conditions which you are currently experiencing.
