CC subscription cancellation fees
Hello,
After years of paying for Adobe Creative Cloud, I have decided to cancel my subscription. On cancelling I was informed I would be charged an $88 cancellation fee!
Honestly, what is with that??
I have no idea where I agreed to A) auto renew my subscription and B) pay a cancellation fee. I have scanned my emails from Adobe over the past couple of years and definitely didn't receive any auto-subscription notices from Adobe. I sure got the emails telling me the prices were going up though!
My wife who is a teacher who uses Adobe CC more than me planned to get her own subscription once I had cancelled. After this greedy money grab from Adobe, we have started looking into alternative software programs that can do the same job.
Was only given the support chat options in which nothing happened despite waiting long enough and have sent an email which I hope will be responded to.
Not good enough Adobe. I'm not sure if you believe your products are indispensable and therefore can charge customers these kinds of fees, but there are always alternatives and work arounds.
I'd ask that you waive the cancellation fee.
