CC update does not work Version 3.9.1.335

Hello Adobe Team,

I can not update my CreativeCloud via the normal update function (OSX 10.9.5) It is about updating the latest version to the current version. When I start the Update process runs the normal update routine once, but as soon as it is finished the Creative Cloud symbol disappears from the menu bar and nothing happens. Can they fix this? The programs Photoshop and Lightroom work however problem-free.

if you already have 3.9.1.335, that is current.

otherwise, you might want to wait until you absolutely need to update and then

uninstall everything cc, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

lastly uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud using compatibility mode (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb456979.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396)

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
