CC Update Repeatedly Stuck at %2 and Locked Out of Programs

I am suddenly getting a PD App window any time I try to open a CC program. The Window freezes on Please Wait for a Moment...   The CC app informs me I need an Update. I choose to update, and it gets stuck at %2. I have quit, restarted my computer, and tried again a few times now. I'm trying to avoid uninstalling and reinstalling all of my apps right now because I'm in the middle of a project with a upcoming deadline, but I expect that may be the next step.

Any help provided would be greatly appreciated.
