CC updates failing with error 49

On my PC, running windows 7, attempts to update CC applications fail repeatedly with download error 49.

No problems with this on my Mac!

    I hoped that the latest update would fix things but sadly not. Even the new PD CC 2014 is showing an update available and refusing to download it - still gives error 49 whatever that means!

    I have no idea why, but this issue seems to have resolved itself!  Thanks for you help.

    ContaxMan please see Error downloading Creative Cloud applications - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/error-downloading-cc-apps.html for information on how to resolve download errors.  I would be interested to learn of which step allowed you to resolve the download error.  If you can please update this discussion with the results it would be appreciated.

    None of the suggestions worked for me I'm afraid - the problem still persists.

    ContaxMan did you try an alternate Internet connection and a wired connection?
