CC will not allow After Effects CS6 to Update

I am a frequent After Effects CS6 user; not so long ago I started a subsciption with Adobe Creative Cloud and I've had nothing but issues with it.

The CC desktop would crash my whole system on launch, so I cancelled my subsciption and uninstalled anything related to CC cause I saw no real benefit.

But the CC apps remained on the system no matter what I tried to remove them.

Now my Premiere Pro CS6 is unable to open, and After Effects CS6 is unable to update.

    I used that link already. I believe my old cc subscription is blocking. It states 'updates have been suppressed by the administrator'. After effects crashing after ram previewing. CC was removed after it crashed my desktop a few months ago. I have CS5 & cs6 which I paid for installed but I cant get into premiere pro because cc hijacks it. Cc was removed uninstalled because My system desktop wouldnt load so I discontinued my subscriptupm but it has interferred with my ability to use tge CS6 programs!

    I have not been able to get any support and now I cant even edit a 2 minute short film which is due tomorrow.

    Any technical help would be really appreciated. I have alot of money and time invested and I dont have functional programs at this point despite purchasing outright the CS6 suite. Everything worked fine before my CC subscription.

    It was the biggest mistake and Im very frustrated.
