CC will not update any of my apps? And when does, reaches 50% and says "it is taking longer than expected" it's been happening for 4days.

Does not update at all. Gets to 50% if lucky and stops.

To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press: Win: Ctrl + Alt + R Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
