CC won't allow PS use without CC login
I've had a Creative Cloud PS/Lightroom plan for 2 years now. The CC icon on the Mac Taskbar has always been greyed-out until I recently attempted to download textures and was asked to log-in. I did... and then noticed some stuff immediately downloaded before I got to the textures files.
After that, the CC icon was active on the Taskbar. And an ever-so-slightly revamped PS loaded... so much for "Dreaming Bigger." But after I logged-off CC, and when launching PS, a pop-up window appears stating "Sign In required... terms and conditions for trial software..." Huh?
I've never used CC to upload files, do anything, other than attempt to download 3 texture files.
OK, I disabled auto log-in features from CC prefs, signed-off, shut my OSX off completely, waited 30 secs, rebooted, launched PS... same problem.
I have the annual plan, paying monthly, in good standing for November.
OSX Get Info...
Photoshop 2018: 19.1.1
Creative Cloud: 4.7.0.400
Don't know where to begin. Do I need all the CC gunk active to now use PS? Thanks.
