Hello!
I've downloaded CC after signing up for a year, but I can't get the installation to run. I get to "This application wants to do changes please type in password" I type in my password but nothing happens after I do that.

Kind regards,

Emil

Hi,

The username and password here asked for is the computer password. I would request you to make sure that you are not using the Adobe Password here.

Please try using the computer password and let us know if any issue.

Hello!
I entered the computer password from the start. Cant get it to work. I've even left it for an hour now after I entered the password, to see if leaving the computer alone would make any difference. It did not, so its not a time issue either.
