CD installation of Photoshop Elements 14 - the destination of the program cannot be changed

Hi 

I purchased a CD version of Photoshop Elements 14, and hitting a wall since the installation program tries to install the program in my CD drive, and the location cannot be changed. I've done restart multiple times. I tried installing Adobe Application Manager but that manager doesn't seem to be working either.

I'm running Windows 10.

Appreciate any input.  Thank you in advance.

Ancient software so all bets are off, made long before Windows 10, but consider copying the CD to a folder in C.
