Certain apps wont display in cloud

I use a PC and surface book 3 and have adobe cloud on both. My PC has windows 10 and has all the system requirements for adobe apps to be installed. I recently switched from the premiere pro plan to the student plan that allows me to download 30 apps/services. But when I open adobe cloud certain apps that I have used in the past will not show up, I am unable to download them. It only shows these apps under "available in your subscription": XD, premiere rush, fresco, bridge, and Fuse(beta). When I try to search premiere pro or illustrator it just directs me back to where I was when I opened adobe cloud.

Those apps are available in a limited way for free. So it sees no subscription at all. Check your account details.

click your start button > type winver > press enter > take a screenshot.

use the insert photos icon to embed a screenshot showing your win ver panel.

I have the exact same issue with the exact same set of apps. If I do manage to install the other apps through an installer, the apps will immediately close after opening. The apps which are shown to me do seem to work, however.

Also, I'm using a Microsoft Surface Book 2 (which is known to cause issues?) and I'm still trying to figure out what type of issue this is.

your os is compatible with the current adobe apps.

now check your subscription to see if it's the student plan with all apps. if it is and your cc fails to show all the adobe apps (open, install or trial):

first try, resetting the cc app: To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails, try to repair

if that fails go ahead and uninstall/reinstall per the above link

if that fails, do a clean cc install following each applicable step:

uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
check for, and if available, update your os
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.
if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
