Certificate warning while entering any Microsoft Office app

Hello, since few months when I try to edit my excel file I get Adobe Certificate warning and I have to close the window, I tried resintalling my adobe apps and office as well but it didn't bring any changes, also I deleted that certifcate, but I guess is being re-creating when I enter any Adobe app. Maybe somebody know  what can I do with that? This issue is really annoying. Not my own screenshot but the window I speaked about looks the same as this. Found thread here about that but the fix is not explained.
