Change Adobe Portfolio app language

So, creative cloud is set to English. But Adobe Portfolio still appears in German. I do pay my bills in Germany, but it just so happens that I follow a class in English and its very difficult if the interface is in German.

Sorry, I missed the part about English in your CC Desktop App. 

PF is an online service.  So it's possible the language is automatically determined by your browser's region settings.

Which language is selected in your Creative Cloud Desktop App?

Preferences (gear icon) > Apps > Default Install Language.
