I used to be charged 19.99$ before tax for the adobe bundle, now it is 29.99. Why wasn't I informed that the price went up 10$?

This is more of a support question but this website didn't make it super easy to find an email to send this to..

What type of subscription does this concern? IF it is a student plan then chances are your first year subscription is done and the pricing for subsequent years has kicked in. The $19.99 was a special intro price. It is clearly defined in the terms and conditions...

Standard price for students is 29.99$ and for the first year they have an additional discount ( for example ,now there is promo "Get the Creative Cloud All Apps plan for only US$15.99/mo. for the first year and US$29.99/mo after that )
