Change language of Adobe Support Community / Adobe Account management screens?

Any idea where this is set? For some everything online for Adobe is in Japanese. I've gone through all the profile related links and can't see a language setting for the profile. There is a language setting for email/notifications which is currently set to English for me but the entire interface is still in Japanese.

Is it somehow assumed based on your phone number? Adobe continues to get very low ratings from me for customer support. I see you're trying but  you're wasting energy in the wrong places. New forum with less content than the old one is far less valuable than being able to purchase and manage my account in the language I signed up in...
