Change my Creative Cloud plan with promotion

Hi,

I wanted to change my photo subscription to the full version with the promotion of 40 % (35,99 €/month)

I have the message:

To upgrade to Creative Cloud All Apps, we must cancel your Creative Cloud subscription for the current (annual) Photo.

On the new screen I click on Modify the formula but the price is without the reduction (59,99 € /month)
