Change of Language Preference causes Installed Apps to 'disappear'

The most strange behaviour.

I opened Creative Cloud/Apps

I select 'Installed Apps' and see my Photoshop CC, Lightroom Classic CC, Extension Manager CC and Camera Raw CC

I updated to the latest Photoshop CC

Whilst waiting I happen to go into Preferences/Creative Cloud

I changed the language from English (North America) to English (International)

I come out of Preferences and my 'installed Apps' only shows Lightroom Classic CC

I go back into Preferences and change language back to English (North America)

I come out of Preferences and Voila, my installed apps have returned.

I have repeated this a number of times with the same result.

Bizarre!

Nothing bizarre. This is how it is supposed to work, as many apps have specific language packs/ versions and would require re-installing to actually get that language. It's only weird insofar it should not be necessary for languages that effectively have no differences, but I suppose it's a limitation in how the CC app identifies the language and region. Nothing to worry.

Naw, you're all good! I frequently have to reinstall all of my Apps because I switch from German to English on a regular basis for instructional purposes
