if you can't change what you want via, Manage your Creative Cloud membership, using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

Sorry, nobody here can help with an account or payment problem
This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
-make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This link will go directly to the chat option
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent without the quote " " marks
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
- or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
.
Adobe does NOT do support by email, so beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message
-click for more information about scammers https://tinyurl.com/10791730

I can't change my payment method! This is SO frustrating. There is no option to call or chat. This happened last year and you ended up using the payment that I didn't want you to use WITHOUT NOTICE because I CAN'T TALK TO ANYONE! And when I click change payment it just logs me in to paypal. How do I delete my payment?

You will not show me the place to go to change the information on my bank account. That account is no longer a working account.

Thanks for reply, but that just takes me to a page i have been to many times over the past 3 days and the chat connection is not working so that is the end you can go no further, I struggle to believe its this hard to firstly edit a payment method and secondly trying to make contact with a human being in such a large company. Someone on there twitter page recons you have to cancel the subscription and then resubscribe I was dumbfounded really I thought that's a joke surely this is amazing
