change personal account to school

Hey,

I recently downloaded adobe creative cloud for uni but accidently selected personal account when signing in with my uni email. My uni has included two free downloades for us, which I ned for my course, however, in a personal account I can't seem to access them. I've looked around and can't seem to find a way to switch from a personal account to a work/company account.

Sign out via https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activate-deactivate-products.html then sign in with the correct account

I've tried signing out and back in with the company account, however, once logged in the account still seems the be a personal one (evident through the blue pfp and lack of access to the included services)

That should work, but since it doesn't you MAY need to sign out and remove everything and then sign in with the correct account and do a new install
