Change plan

I would like to change my plan to something slightly cheaper, however, when I go to 'manage plans', it doesn't give me the options to do so?

You have to cancel your current plan before you can subscribe to another one.  And if you're currently subscribed to an Annual plan (paid monthly or prepaid), you have a 12 month commitment to fulfill before you can cancel or else pay a 50% early termination fee.
