Change plan

Hello! Since last week that I'm trying to contact Adobe but chat is not available, so I hope that you can help me.

Since last year that I have a student account, but now I'm no longer a student and I would like to change my profile/plan, but I can't. I've tried to access my profile but I cannot find anything about me beeing a student. When I go to payement settings there is a student discount.

How can I change it to a normal account? I would like to do it fast and be able to buy CC with a 40% discount untill May 28th.

    We can’t help you with that... but you should note that heavy discounts like this are for new plans for new customers Only. You can only get the full price plan so you may as well continue at the student price until it renews at full price.
