Change plan

I have a student photography plan for € 12.19 a month, but I need to do video editing and I found that Premiere Pro is not available in the following plan to do it. For this I would like to pass to the "all applications, special student offer" plan at € 19.83 per month, is it possible to change the plan? Thanks
