Change Plan Nightmare

Hi,

I've been trying to change my plan from monthly payments to annual monthly payments. There is no change plan on my monthly subscription and no option to cancel and start again. I keep getting referred to the bot chat and I've had no response from an 'agent'! I've had to log in and log out of my adobe account so many times now that it has now temporarily disabled my account! Please can someone point me in the right direction?

Hi,

If you are on a month to month plan, why not simply cancel that one and take the annual plan paid monthly?

Go to https://account.adobe.com/plan and click the "Manage plan" button:
