change the country associated with my Adobe ID with active subscription
Hi i wanted to change my country associated with my Adobe id with active subscription. currently it is India and i wanted to change to australia. The support lady named Shika asked me to cancel my Adobe Lightroom mobile subscription which i did, then realised subscription is monthly so it will be active for a month. Then told me to create a new id with Country as australia and then make relevant subscription. But the Support page says below -
| If you have an active subscription (purchased either directly from Adobe or through Digital River) | Contact us to change the country associated with your Adobe ID. |
I think there should be a way to do this ? can anyone help. Not getting proper support here that's why i am really sceptical about investing in the adobe products as the support sucks.
