Change the language of Lightroom CC 2019

Hello,

I have some problems with changing the language of Lightroom CC.

I have Photoshop, Lightroom classic and Lightroom CC. In the Creative Cloud app I Changed the language from Dutch (I live in the Netherlands) to English.

Photoshop and Lightroom classic are now in English, but Lightroom CC keeps coming in Dutch. I deleted the program several times and installed it again, but it is not possible to get Lightroom CC in the English language. What can I do to change this?

uninstall using the cc desktop app

reset your preferences - https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom/help/setting-preferences-lightroom.html

restart your computer.

reinstall using the cc app with your default (english international) selected.  if that fails, repeat and select english north america.
