Je ne comprends pas

je saisis le numéro de série et mon numéro ID adobe

ligghtroom n'arrive pas à s'activer.

Je fais comment ?

    Kindly do a manual cleanup of Lightroom 5 from your machine.  See, How to uninstall Lightroom manually
