Je voudrais changer un PhotoShop Elément14 plateforme Windows pour un plateforme Mac OS El Capitan 10.11.3, comme il ne faut pas compter sur le support d'Adobe pour nous guider, seule solution proposée écrivez nous ... rêvons, donc comment obtenir un code d'échange pour changement de plateforme ? et  ensuite un nouveau N° de série pour Mac. La boucle infernale du support Adobe est in'support'able

I would change a PhotoShop element14 Windows platform for Mac OS platform 10.11.3 El Capitan as he does not rely on the Adobe support to guide us, one proposed solution ... write us dream, so how to get a code platform change for exchange? and ensuiteun new serial number for Mac.

    Merci Ned,

    Je vais suivre vos conseils, enfin je vais essayer car un chat en transat, je ne parle pas anglais !, beaucoup de manipulation. bon je suis pas en panne car je travail avec CS4 mais c'était au cas ou ! , je suis photographe à la retraite (toujours inscrit) et je ne veux pas m'engager sur des formules d'abonnement Cloud.

    Il faut reconnaitre que le support en direct de Adobe n'est pas simple et giratoire.

    I will follow your advice, because finally I will try a transatlantic cat, I do not speak English!, Lots of handling. well I'm not down because I work with CS4 but it was in case! I retired photographer (still registered) and I do not want to get on cloud subscription packages.

    We must recognize that the media live from Adobe is not simple and roundabout.
