"Changes" popup window

I have 4 CC apps installed. When I restart my pc, I get a popup window that says,"Creative Cloud wants to make changes. Type your password to continue." But when I click on my CC icon, all my apps are up to date. Why does this window keep popping up and how can I get it to stop? on a MacBook OSX 10.7.5

that's a mac prompt. enter your mac's password and allow cc to complete its changes.

But all of my apps are up to date . And it keeps happening regardless of whether or not I enter my Mac password and accept changes. It seems to just be stuck and chronically asks for no reason.

follow solution 2 here, CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed
