A license was bought for a colleague but before he used it he left. How can this be transferred to someone else (me)?

I only have an agreement number and order number, no licence code.

If it is a standard Adobe CC subscription: It can’t be « transfered » to a different Adobe id. If it is a recent subscription (less that 14 days), it can be cancelled without a fee.

If it is a teams subscription the manger of that teams subscription can allocate the subscription to a new user.

Adobe CC subscriptions do not come with a license code. At the first start of an application, you sign in your account and that computer gets a license.
