Changing Membership to Non-Profit Rate/TechSoup

Hello. I signed up last week for an individual CC membership to do work for my 501c3 company.  I was then made aware of a significant cost savings if I sign up through TechSoup.com for non-profits.  Can my current plan be switched, or will I need to cancel the account I created last week and sign up again through TechSoup?  If I do this, will I have to download the apps again?

I tried calling Tech Support at Adobe but the person I spoke with didn't seem to understand what I was asking, so I hope someone here can help.  Thank you!

Kelli

As far as installation goes, changing your subscription should not require any reinstalls...  you should only need to sign out from your current account and sign back in with your new one (assuming you don't keep the one you have).  You will have to talk to Adobe Support directly to see about changing your subscription plan.

Thanks, Ned- that helps!  Unfortunately I did try contacting Adobe Tech support about changing my membership but there was a language barrier there and the person couldn't understand what I was asking- he thought I was trying to cancel my membership.

Anyway, thanks again for the reply!
