Changing plans - not able to click other plans

Question

Dear reader,

I want to change my Adobe plan. I have now the full plan and a Stock membership. But it is too expensive for me.

I found a really great option to choose: the Creative Cloud Photograpy + Stock plan.

But I'm not able to select it. And I'm not able to select other options on the list, too. How then can I change my membership?

I hope there is someone out here who can help me.
