Changing Subscription not possible

Hello there!

Since three days I am trying to upgrade my subscription, but every time I hit the "Change plan"-Button an error message pops up.

Canceling my subscription is not possible, as well.

Someone else with that issue? Is Adobes website under construction?

I´m having the same issue. I need to cancel my suscription ASAP before the automatic charge but every time I want to cancel or change my suscription a messages pops up saying I need to get in touch with techinal assistance and theres seems to be no way to get in touch with them.

If Adobe Jack Williams is offering you help, DO NOT TRUST him!!! Fake Account! He worte me in a private message that he is part of Adobe and could help me over Skype. Then, he ask me for my Adobe ID and password!
