Charged 14.99 after cancelling 3 days into the trial.

Question

July 13th I started the 7 day free trial. On July 16th I cancel the order and get a comfirmation email saying that I've cancelled. On July 21st I get an email from my bank telling me I've been charged 14.99 US$...
Have had a chat with someone on instagram, how ever the money has not been yet returned.
They say I have to talk to my bank and make them return the money. The money that Adobe has already deduced from my bank account.
Adobe... The problem is on your end, fix it.
