So here's my big disappointment. On the 8th of January 2017 I thought the adobe programs would be useful to have and use for personal/school use, etc. so I felt it'd be nice to purchase all the Adobe programs, and that's what I did.

Now here's my fault on this, I ran the first charge thinking I had enough money, though unfortunately I didn't.

Now a few days later I was charged once again when I did have the money:

Though here's the start of my issues. The 8th of February was when I was supposed to have the $21.76 charged again for the 2nd month of using the Adobe programs, correct? Well, here's what you guys did for some odd reason. (Please note that most of them did not go through, but they were still made and an attempt to take money was made nonetheless)

This time I was fairly annoyed as this time I was 100% certain, checked, and it was clear I had the money to buy the second month of usage. So.. why the 5 charges in a row if I may ask? I was fed up, but didn't want to be annoying to Adobe/cause any fuss, and decided i'd find some other free program online rather than Adobe until otherwise in the future if I did happen to need them. So today I decide to cancel.

Now correct me if i'm wrong: When first paying for the programs I had it set so I was charged monthly for the programs. I've paid the money I owe for my 2 months of usage. If I decide to cancel the monthly charges, I use up the remaining days till the 8th of March, and once that time comes I shouldn't have to pay for the programs anymore since i won't have access to them. Correct?

Well when I canceled today, this happened:

Any answers please..? What sense does it make that i'm charged for more time of using these programs when I canceled my subscription, and will no longer have access to the programs once the month I've currently pay for ends?

When you sign up for an annual plan, even with monthly payments, you have done the same thing as leasing a car... you either pay the full lease and use the product for a full year, or you pay a penalty if you want to stop early
