Charged for downgrade

I had subscribed to the $32 plan for every app, then decided it was time to downgrade to just photoshop as it’s all I need. When I downgraded I was told on the payment screen I would be refunded about $22 as the plan I had now subscribed to was only $10. Instead of a refund I was charged another $10 for activating the new subscription during a month in which I had already paid for the full subscription. Is there any way I can fix this charge?

Hi there

The refund is for the unused days on your original plan, and the charge is for starting the new plan, so what you are seeing is correct.

Thanks
