Charged twice

Hi there!
I noticed I've been charged two £9 payments each month, both 1 or two days apart. As far as I know, I only have the one Adobe ID. I'm unsure if I've ever signed up twice by mistake.
I don't know how or why this has happened, but is it possible to cancel or get a refund?
