Chargement creative cloud (impossible d'acceder aux apps)

Bonjour, 

J'ai un poste en w7 où j'ai plusieurs applications dont creative cloud desktop qui se lance mais charge indefiniment. Je n'ai donc pas accès aux applications pour mettre à jour quoi que ce soit.

J'ai reinstallé adobe cc desktop mais rien ne change..

 

une idée ?

yes it means i have Windows 7

but i understood that news updates can't be installed on W7. 

so i will have to migrate to W10 🙂

Does that translation mean you have Windows 7 on your computer?

 

If yes, you may not use Cloud programs
