Trouble is, it's now noonish of a Wednesday and "Chat is currently closed." Having waited on the phone for something like 45 minutes and gotten nowhere, i decided to try the Chat line. As bad or worse. It might be nice of Adobe to let its victims know when Chat might be open. Even Comcast does that.
