Chat Support Never Answer

Hello, I just wanted to know how to change my plan during a trial term.

I have been trying to contact with the customer support on chat box, but I still can't reach them after 48 hours. (That means they don't answer.)

I don't know why? Is it a fake chat support?

Anyway, does anyone know the resolution? Thank you!
