Maybe LR Mobile but AFAIK that only runs on iOS, Apple phones and pads, and Google Android for phones and pads and Not on the Chrome OS.

Simplest thing to do is go to the Chrome Web store, whatever Google calls that (Android is called Google Play Store). and check for Adobe software.
