Cleaner Tools for OS 10.8 - an update

Thanks to everyone who responded to my posts under InDesign on this subject. This is now an entire Creative Suite activation problem with one basic question. As recommended by EMAIL REMOVED I have tried to download my old CS6 (just to confirm, Brad, it is registered - since 2013 - and I have the serial number. I am using a late 2012 Mac Mini running OS 10.8.5).

The common problem now is the error message "Cannot connect to Adobe servers", and today when I ran the Creative Cloud Installer, "Check internet connectivity and firewall settings". I know internet is working, so what are the correct firewall settings that will allow me to reconnect to Adobe?
