Clicked Try It - Premiere Pro - Creative Cloud opens - Nothing Happens

The browser says it's downloading, but nothing indicates that is true. Creative Cloud app on Mac just opens and sits there on the tutorials screen.

After a few minutes it says "this app isnt in your plan, upgrade." No crap it isn't in my plan, thats why I want to do the free trial.

What version did you try to try? Trial software is only available for the latest software version.
