clicking CC icon no longer gives me Pre Pro

I had problems with my computer. Now I can't activate Premiere pro. I am paying £16.18 per month, but when I click on the Creative Cloud icon it no longer shows the app I am paying for (Premiere Pro) so I can click on it and get it to load, but just shows a list of all apps saying free trial. What has changed?

I looked in START and found the old icon for Creative Cloud and clicked on it and it works correctly. So problem solved.

Try resetting the CC App.
To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC App:

reset CC didn't work. Then I tried reinstalling but it said it couldn't be uninstalled because I have too mny apps requiring CC still running. There is another thing here: It keeps telling me my account is in my Pre Pro CC forum name, but my real account is in my own name paid for from my bank account.
