CLIENT CAN'T SEE STAR OR FLAGGED IMAGES TOOL

Hi,

I have my gallery setup to share on the adobe cloud; but the star and flagged tools module on the clients side (when they are viewing the images) is not showing. How do I bring it back? The client needs to be able to rate the images. Thanks!
