Closed All Apps In The Process of downloading Photoshop from Creative Cloud. It still comes up with an error saying the app isn't fully closed?

I was in the process of downloading Photoshop. It went onto Creative Cloud to download, but a error came up saying,

'Conflict Installing Photoshop CC:

Please save your work and close the following programs for all logged in users, then click Continue:

Adobe After Effects CC'

I didn't have After Effects on at the time, and I am really confused. Any ideas of HOW to fix this?

I really need Photoshop and I am awfully confused.

If anyone knows how to fix this, please suggest.
