Cloud Apps crash all the time by freezing since day one after just a few minutes of use.

Without help from Adobe I tried using the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.

In the user guide for AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool Adobe says contact us if there are errors in the log after running this tool, and guess what there are errors in the log file but there is no way to contact Adobe Support and to get that file other to them. I have been a Creative Cloud customer for months now and the usage I have had from it has been ridiculously low all because of poor reliability. I really miss the days you installed only once a year and maybe had to fix something and then you were set for a year of cruising with your Adobe products. I am very disappointed and unless Adobe can help I will be leaving Adobe for ever because there is no excuse for selling something that does not work and not providing support at the same time. In a final attempt to get resolution and since there is no other way for me to get that log file to Adobe I am pasting the log file content from the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool here in hope that some support and product engineer will do something about it.
