Cloud apps will not open

Hello

I've had to uninstall and reinstall the creative cloud. Since reinstalling I am able to open the cloud but the apps will not open. Nothing happens.

 

I've tried uninstalling again and click to uninstall but it says it cannot be found and upon manually attempting to delete items I get an error it needs admin permission....I am the admin this is my device and I'm the only user there has ever been. I found another post that suggested to create a new admin account and I did that...yet that did not solve the problem. I still receive an error for permission.

 

Any ideas?

Hi Scorpiona,

 

Have you tried running the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool? It might help remove remenants that are interferring with your installation and app use.
