Cloud Documents disappeared

I have just installed Catalina. My Creative Cloud documents are now gone from my local Creative Cloud Files folder, replaced with a _Cloud documents link. This takes me to a webpage where I can see all my files under "Synced files". I want them back on my computer. I can only download them one at a time seemingly, as if I click on a folder or multiple files I lose the ability to download them. Help! Thanks.
