Cloud membership and payment problem
I am a cloud member who pays monthly for all the Adobe software and have been for some time. The other day, however, i opened photoshop to find a message saying that there was an error with my payment information and that i needed to log in with my Adobe ID to change it. Once i signed in however there was no option to change credit card information and instead was a message saying that i was part of the one month free trial of adobe cloud. It seems that I've been involuntarily booted off my membership to being a free acount that will quit in thirty days. How can i fix this?
