Cloud membership and payment problem

I am a cloud member who pays monthly for all the Adobe software and have been for some time. The other day, however, i opened photoshop to find a message saying that there was an error with my payment information and that i needed to log in with my Adobe ID to change it. Once i signed in however there was no option to change credit card information and instead was a message saying that i was part of the one month free trial of adobe cloud. It seems that I've been involuntarily booted off my membership to being a free acount that will quit in thirty days. How can i fix this?

I am having the same issue. Also, in the email we got it says to navigate to Adobe Account Management but when I go online to try to figure it out it tells me to click on Plan Manger and edit. There is not Account Management payment option or Plan Manager. I would call to give my credit card number but there is no number to call for that either.

Are you sure that you are using correct Adobe Id to sign in? We have checked the details of your account, we were unable to find any active subscription under your account

Im not sure i understand, where are you wanting me to send an email with Order # and Alternate email address? Also, where can i find my order number? Ive been an active member since earlier this year and now its saying that I'm only on it for a thirty day trial.
